Job Summary
Accounts Payable Specialist role overseeing AP operations across multiple nursing home facilities. Requires coordinating with facility administrators and internal teams to resolve discrepancies, maintain documentation, and ensure timely and accurate payments. Strong organizational, communication, and Excel skills are essential to manage multiple facilities and deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of accounts payable experience within nursing homes or long-term care facilities
- Strong understanding of high-volume AP processes
- Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel
