Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist will manage vendor invoices, ensure accurate payments and compliance with internal controls in a temp-to-hire position.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable or related experience
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite
