Manage full cycle Accounts Payable functions including the A/P Inbox, ensuring timely and accurate 3-way matching of POs, receiving approvals, and invoices. Process and enter vendor invoices into NetSuite with correct GL coding, confirm new vendor bank details, and assist with reconciling vendor statements. Review and validate Expensify expense reimbursements for employees and credit cardholders while maintaining accurate records and analyzing workflow processes.
