Accounts Payable Specialist II

Accounts Payable Specialist II to join our Accounting team in Commerce, CA. The role involves reviewing, coding, and processing high volumes of invoices with 3-way matching, performing AP reconciliations, resolving vendor disputes, responding to internal and external inquiries, monitoring AP aging, assisting with audits, maintaining organized records, and upholding internal controls. The candidate should have a degree in Accounting/Finance (or equivalent experience) and 4-6 years in accounts payable or general accounting, with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle or similar). Experience with high-volume, multi-entity, or multi-currency environments and exposure to AP software tools (e.g., Coupa, Concur) is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and mentorship abilities are valued, along with a proactive, analytical, and ethical approach to financial tasks. The base hourly salary range is $28.00-$32.00 per hour, with variation based on location and performance, and may exceed the stated range as part of the total rewards package.
