Job Summary
Process and code vendor invoices accurately and on time while maintaining up-to-date vendor records, documentation, and compliance forms. Support regular payment cycles, including check runs and approvals, and respond to vendor questions to resolve discrepancies quickly. Assist with year-end reporting and cross-functional accounting tasks to help maintain a consistent, organized accounts payable workflow that supports operational efficiency. This role contributes to Holistic Industries' mission as a wholesaler and producer in the cannabis industry, ensuring smooth payment cycles and clear communication with vendors in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong accuracy and attention to detail, especially with data entry and coding
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Clear and professional communication skills with a customer-service mindset
- Ability to manage deadlines, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Location: Westborough, MA (onsite)
