Accounts Payable Specialist

Process vendor invoices and ensure timely payments while reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies. Maintain accurate and organized records of all AP transactions, assist with month-end closing and reporting, and communicate with vendors and internal departments as needed. This role requires prior experience as an AP Specialist or similar position, along with proficiency in NetSuite or Oracle for AP processing. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work independently are essential.
