Required Qualifications

• •Associate degree
• •3 years' experience in accounting
• •3+ years of experience in Accounts Payable
• •Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• •Excellent attention to detail
• •Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• •Effective communication skills both verbal and written
• •Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
• •Ability to write correspondence
• •Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization
• •Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
• •Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret graphs
• •Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
• •Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
• •Mental stamina for problem-solving and prioritizing multiple tasks
• •Will be required to work in a field environment, and multiple customer sites on a daily basis
• •Regularly required to use their hands to operate the computer keyboard reach with hands and arms
• •Frequently is required to stand, walk, and sit
• •Continually required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
