Job Summary
Review, code, and enter invoices while verifying subcontractor documentation for compliance. Process remittance details, prepare checks, and post ACH/wire payments after reconciling vendor statements and resolving discrepancies. Import and post subcontractor pay applications from Textura and GC Pay, maintaining accurate remit-to information and communicating funding updates to project managers. Manage full-cycle accounts payable functions including invoice processing, vendor communication, and payment execution to support increasing project and vendor volume in a fast-paced construction environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum 5+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Desired Qualifications
- Construction industry experience
- Familiarity with Textura (Oracle), GC Pay, and Vista by Viewpoint
