Job Summary
Onboard contractors and vendors via DocuSign, collecting and verifying tax forms and direct-deposit information. Record and document AP transactions accurately while monitoring contractor time-tracking by cross-referencing clock in/out data with geolocation. Verify attendance, hours, and overtime to calculate accurate payments, reporting to the Senior Accountant from our Salt Lake City office. This seasonal role runs September 2026 through January 2027. Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years in accounting or accounts payable
- Comfortable in Deputy or Bill.com
- strong Excel
- High attention to detail
