Accounts Payable Specialist

Manage the DataServ automation process to become a company expert while processing Accounts Payable invoices for concrete, rock, and rebar. Match invoice quantities and unit pricing, make approvals, and handle receiving and returning AP calls. Review and process vendor statements, maintain purchase order control, and provide backup for expense reports and other payables positions. This role requires strong organization skills, good phone etiquette, and the ability to function effectively in a highly entrepreneurial environment as a team player.
