Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Specialist will be responsible for reviewing and verifying invoice accuracy, comparing invoices with purchase orders and goods received, managing the A/P inbox, and scanning invoices. This is a contract position in a hybrid work environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience processing over 50 invoices a day
- 2+ years of experience working with purchase orders
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working for a company with over 50 million in revenue
- ERP experience such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Peoplesoft, or JD Edwards
- Proficiency in Excel to navigate within spreadsheets
