Job Summary
Process invoices and related transactions for resale and non-inventory purchases across multiple locations. Verify price and receipt of materials, resolve billing and payment exceptions with field locations, and maintain vendor relationships through statement reconciliation. Process travel and entertainment reports while ensuring high accuracy in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. This role supports FCX Performance, a subsidiary of Applied Industrial Technologies, which serves MRO and OEM end users with industrial motion and automation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Accounts Payable experience with proven success and accuracy
- Working knowledge of Excel
- Strong computer and data entry skills
- Attention to detail, accuracy
- Ability to work both collaboratively and independently
- Communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high volume, deadline-driven environment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
