Accounts Payable Specialist

Job Summary
Check figures postings and documents for correct entry mathematical accuracy and proper codes. Organize, secure, and maintain all files and records in accordance with policies. Record store access and/or analyze computerized financial information to answer general and specific account questions. Maintain accurate electronic spreadsheets for financial and accounting data using journals, ledgers, and property software. Prepare, review, reconcile, and issue bills, invoices, and account statements. Complete period-end closing procedures and generate finance/accounting reports from the computer system as specified. Adhere to Aimbridge Employee Handbook policies while maintaining confidentiality of proprietary materials and guest privacy.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of related work experience
- No supervisory experience is required
- Demonstrates strong computer skills

- Proficient in speaking English

- Comfortable with using Microsoft Office systems and tools
