Job Summary
Process high volume of invoices, ensuring accurate coding and timely payments to vendors. Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies while maintaining strong vendor relationships. Generate and distribute customer invoices, monitor accounts receivable aging, and proactively follow up on overdue payments. Prepare daily bank deposits and apply customer payments to appropriate accounts. Assist with month-end close activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations. Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and accounting software
- Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices
- Excellent data entry skills and attention to detail for processing invoices and payments accurately
