Code chart of accounts entries into Quicken for missing data, linking them to existing P&L and Balance Sheet records. Once this reconstructive coding task is complete, process Accounts Payable paper packets, manage fast system Accounts Receivable, and file your own work. Utilize Excel for multiple Credit Card Payable Accounts within our custom coded A/R system. This role involves working on-premises at a Tri-state Equipment/Parts Distributor in Clarksburg MD, with no phones, payroll, or cross-departmental contact. You will have input on accounting systems and processes we utilize.
