Job Summary
AR/AP Clerk role focusing on owning the full AR cycle (invoicing, collections, cash receipts) and AP/payable reimbursements, with emphasis on accuracy, process ownership, and clean financial records. You’ll handle weekly/monthly aging reports, set up a proactive collections cadence, process cash deposits, review and approve expense reports through Ramp, and maintain internal controls. Key skills include advanced Excel, experience with Ramp/Bill.com/Expensify/Brex, and familiarity with NetSuite/QuickBooks. The role requires 3–5 years in AR/AP, strong billing/receivables experience, and clear communication with customers and internal stakeholders. The posting notes remote work.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on AR/AP experience
- Advanced Excel skills: VLOOKUPs, pivot tables
- Experience with Ramp, Bill.com, Expensify, or Brex
- Familiar with NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Rillet (core financial systems)
- Self-directed, accountable, low-ego, coachable
- Strong communication for customer interactions
- Ability to own AR cycle from invoicing to collections and reconcile cash and AP expenses
- Healthcare or SaaS billing model familiarity (extra credit)
