Accounts Payable Officer - Motion Industries Regency Park

Perform end-to-end Accounts Payable processing in a high-volume, fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on payments for complex transactions. Maintain and update supplier master data, monitor the AP inbox, and respond to supplier and internal queries while acting as a key contact point for vendors. Execute accurate data entry across multiple ERP systems and liaise with internal stakeholders including AR, Branch Managers, and Product teams. Ensure compliance with company policies and support continuous improvement initiatives as AP processes are rebuilt and streamlined.
