Job Summary
Accounts Payable Manager responsible for overseeing AP across all RCS locations, coding/approving vendor invoices, timely payments, cash management, vendor records (W-9s), expense and credit card oversight, month-end close support, and process improvements with internal controls compliance. Collaborates with CFO, Finance, Operations, and Vendors; duties include reviewing invoices, managing payment runs, ensuring policy adherence, and audits. Requires 1-3 years in AP or accounting; strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience with ERP systems and multi-location environments is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience
- Strong knowledge of AP processes and internal controls
- Excellent organizational and attention to detail skills
