Job Summary
Lead a centralized Accounts Payable team serving multiple dealership locations. Oversee invoice processing, payment administration, and vendor management. Ensure timely and accurate payment of vendor obligations. Drive process improvements through AP automation and workflow tools. Partner with Controllers and operational leaders to resolve issues and improve service levels. Monitor departmental performance metrics and internal controls. Assist with month-end close and audit requirements.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Prior supervisory or management experience
- Strong understanding of AP controls and best practices
- Experience in multi-location operations
- Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience preferred
- AP automation experience preferred
