Accounts Payable

Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards by reconciling and processing daily cash and credit card deposits. Enter finalized cash receipts, update the receivable ledger, and research bad checks for collection. Record and maintain all 1099 information, process year-end reports, and prepare AP checks while posting invoices. Issue purchase orders to vendors as necessary and maintain adequate office supplies. Research and answer all receivable and vendor inquiries. Experience as an Accounts Receivable/Payable Clerk in a dealership setting is a plus. Willingness to work flexible hours including some weeknights and weekends is required.
