Accounts Payable

Process vendor invoices and payments accurately and on time, while verifying and reconciling invoice discrepancies to resolve issues. Maintain up-to-date records of all accounts payable transactions and assist with month-end closing procedures. Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure smooth financial operations. This detail-oriented role requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, with previous experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in the hospitality industry. Candidates must possess strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software, and be available to join immediately.
