Accounts Payable Intern

Process all invoices within a 2-day SLA, adapt to process changes, and clear blocked GRIR balances by investigating disputes and understanding freight routing. Resolve queries from internal and external stakeholders while ensuring appropriate internal controls are maintained. Perform analysis to troubleshoot exceptions, drive KPI results, and update team leaders monthly. Assist with process improvement initiatives for AP projects and support backup plans. This role supports Kimberly-Clark's global brands, including Huggies and Kleenex, driving innovation and impact in the Procure-To-Pay cycle.
