Accounts Payable Intern

Process invoices within a 2-day SLA and adapt to process changes. Investigate dispute invoices to clear blocked and GRIR balances, maintaining in-depth knowledge of freight conditions and global routing guides. Resolve daily operational queries from internal and external stakeholders while ensuring appropriate internal controls. Perform analysis to troubleshoot exceptions and update team leaders monthly on KPI results. Assist with process improvement projects for AP initiatives and support backup plans. This role supports Kimberly-Clark's mission to deliver better care for billions through iconic brands like Huggies and Kleenex.
