Post invoices, reconcile statements, and disburse checks for the Hiley Automotive Group. Balance statements, finalize data, and prepare accounts for payments while verifying system data. Follow up on past due accounts and returned checks to ensure accuracy. This role supports the team in curating exceptional customer experiences within a collaborative environment.
Required Qualifications
- Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
- Strong communication skills
- Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Desired Qualifications
- Accounting degree
- Preferred AP experience in automotive dealership
