Accounts Payable Customer Service Associate

Review, process, and audit carrier freight and LDC network invoices using multiple systems. Interpret carrier contracts for accurate rating and audit balance-due invoices while downloading, tracking, and posting proof of delivery documentation. Adjust financial records within the Transportation Management System to maintain data integrity and generate weekly metrics for process controls. Collaborate with leadership to resolve payment or billing issues swiftly as the primary liaison for customers and carriers. Respond to internal and external inquiries, update Standard Operating Procedures, and adapt to shifting priorities as assigned.
