Job Summary
Accounts Payable Coordinator responsible for processing accounts payable, performing vendor reconciliations, managing vendor files, and supporting monthly financial reporting. The role includes reconciling vendor payments, preparing weekly vendor payment runs, and ensuring accurate documentation for purchasing and receiving. Strong emphasis on data entry, Microsoft Office and Sage 300 familiarity, with a collaborative team environment at a resort setting (Sun Peaks).
Required Qualifications
- 1-year minimum Accounting/Office Administration experience
- Data Entry & Microsoft Office proficiency
- Sage 300 experience considered an asset
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Post-secondary education in accounting, business, or administration considered an asset
