Job Summary
Accounts Payable Coordinator needed to manage end-to-end invoice processing, three-way match (PO/receipt/invoice), coding, approvals, and posting, plus maintenance of vendor records (W-9 collection, 1099 classification) and support for year-end 1099-NEC. Responsibilities include reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger and researching/disputing discrepancies. The contract/temporary role spans at least 2-3 months with potential for permanent placement; benefits (medical and sick pay) available through Hoxton Circle during the contract phase.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on Accounts Payable experience, including month-end in agriculture or manufacturing.
- Solid understanding of AP best practices, basic GAAP concepts, and 1099 requirements
- BA or AA degree in Accounting highly desired.
