Job Summary
Accounts Payable Coordinator responsible for accurately entering invoice header and detail into the Oracle AP module, ensuring PO matching (2-way/3-way), coding to the correct location and GL, conducting analytical research, identifying trends to improve workflow, and delivering high-quality customer service in a high-volume environment. The role requires strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP), ability to communicate complex information professionally, and the capacity to work both independently and in a team within a fully remote US-based setting. This position supports multiple business units and locations, with an emphasis on accurate data entry, production goals, and process improvements via data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Experience with multiple business units and locations preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Understanding of accounting concepts
- High volume data entry experience with Oracle Fusion preferred
- Ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data accurately
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Excellent judgment and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication skills (oral and written)
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
