Accounts Payable Clerk

Review, code, and enter supplier invoices by matching them against purchase orders and receiving logs. Reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and answer inquiries from suppliers. Process employee expense reports to ensure policy compliance and route non-inventory expenditure invoices for manager approval. Prepare and execute scheduled payment runs including checks, ACH transactions, and wire transfers. Manage high-volume data entry with accuracy while performing other accounting and operations functions assigned by management. This full-time role is located in Melrose Park, IL, with a pay range of $20.00-$24.00 per hour depending on experience.
