Accounts Payable Clerk II

Job Summary
Performs daily accounts payable activities including posting to the general ledger, maintaining AP workflow, calling vendors for invoice items, clarifying prices or signatures, and coordinating with intercompany data as needed. Facilitates the payment process with required documentation, handles inquiries from departments and vendors about payments, maintains frequent contact with internal and external customers to address payment issues, assists with KPI reporting for senior leadership, and may support AP Lead in department initiatives. Requires effective communication, knowledge of accounting principles, strong analytical and organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Education in accounting or related field and at least 1 year of accounting experience are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in accounting or related
- Minimum of one (1) year of accounting experience
