Accounts Payable Clerk

Process invoices by receiving, verifying, and reconciling them before entering data into the system and submitting checks for signatures. Reconcile daily cash and monthly vendor statements, maintain paid vendor files, and update held check reports for the Controller and General Manager. Respond to payment inquiries, prepare expenditure analyses and monthly reports, and participate in physical inventory and bank runs. Perform miscellaneous errands and assist with day-to-day projects while continuing to improve the supplier payment process.
