Job Summary
Accounts Payable Clerk position at Champion Home Builders, Inc. responsibilities include approving vouchers for payment, processing invoice deductions, auditing freight bills, handling vendor inquiries, analyzing vendor accounts and negotiating extended terms, preparing AP checks and reports, assisting in closings, and supporting special projects. Requires attention to detail, strong math skills, professionalism, proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel) and ideally Navision experience; associates degree or equivalent with related accounting experience preferred. Monday–Friday day shift with potential overtime; full benefits package offered.
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Education and/or Experience: Associate degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
