Job Summary
On-site Accounts Payable Clerk in Santa Fe, NM responsible for processing and monitoring vendor payments, reviewing invoices, verifying purchase orders, entering vouchers in the SHARE system, and handling bond-tracking draw requests. Ensure compliance with internal controls, maintain organized financial records, resolve payment discrepancies, and respond to vendor inquiries. Requires SHARE software experience, strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate with internal departments. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm; full-time with in-office duties.
Required Qualifications
- MUST have SHARE software experience
- MUST have previously worked for the State of New Mexico
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in accounts payable or financial transaction processing
- Experience using financial management systems such as SHARE, AIM, or similar enterprise accounting software is desirable
