Job Summary
The Accounts Payable Clerk will manage the accounts payable process, ensuring the accurate processing of invoices and strong vendor relationships, utilizing Deltek Vantagepoint. This role requires proficiency in Excel, particularly with pivot tables and Vlookups. Candidates with AEC industry experience will be viewed favorably. This is a fully remote contract position.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in reviewing and approving invoices.
- 3+ years of experience in vendor maintenance.
- Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Ability to work effectively with pivot tables and Vlookups in Excel.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in the AEC industry is a plus.
