Job Summary
Input and process invoices across multiple companies and currencies with high accuracy, resolving discrepancies between invoices, purchase orders, and receiving documents. Process checks, wires, and ACH payments in accordance with company policies while maintaining proper documentation. Manage vendor set-up and maintenance, respond to vendor inquiries, and notify vendors of EFT payments via email. Run AP subledgers to confirm balances, review freight reports for accrual accuracy, and facilitate vendor credit applications. Assist with month-end reconciliations, external audits, and data gathering needs. This float role supports the Shared Services Accounting Manager, offering competitive hourly pay ranging from $21.63 to $26.44 with comprehensive healthcare and benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a two-year degree in accounting
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Previous experience in an accounts payable or accounting role
- Experience using MS Office products including Excel and Outlook
- Attention to detail
- Excellent organization skills
- Experience analyzing information
- Data entry skills
- General math skills
