Job Summary
Process vendor invoices accurately and on time in SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with Indian tax laws and regulatory requirements. Manage payment runs, resolve vendor discrepancies, and support month-end closing activities including accruals and reconciliations. Coordinate with internal teams to drive process improvements and standardize documentation within the Finance Shared Service Center.
Required Qualifications
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Payable, ideally within a shared services or multinational (MNC) environment
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or similar ERP systems
- Strong understanding of Indian tax regulations (GST, TDS) and compliance frameworks
- Sharp attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to take ownership and work independently
- Confident communication skills and a positive, collaborative team spirit
