Accounts Payable Analyst, Wholesale Apparel

Process, research, and reconcile invoices and payments while developing a comprehensive working knowledge of the ERP system, Excel, and other technical programs. Match invoice and purchase order validation, perform electronic invoice entry via the IDOC solution, and resolve discrepancies by contacting cost center managers. Create spreadsheets to merge company data, facilitate quick uploads versus manual keying, and ensure timely, accurate data entry to meet vendor terms and month-end accounting. Act as the gatekeeper for AP critical controls and policy compliance, providing strong customer service support to external vendors and internal associates via telephone and email.
