Accounts Payable Analyst

Execute Accounts Payable functions per internal guidelines, including invoice review, reconciliation, and system capture for domestic and international vendors. Maintain general ledger accounts, financial statements, and reports while ensuring payment process compliance and fraud detection. Prepare monthly journal entries and review daily accounting records. Serve as the functional subject matter expert for the AP process, providing technical support, resolving complex incidents, and acting as a backup for the supervisor. Support project planning, UAT, and implementation of new systems or automation tools. Document procedures, design training plans, and collaborate with IT and Internal Control to define functional requirements. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance metrics and identifying process risks.
