Accounts Payable Analyst

Execute Accounts Payable functions in adherence to internal process guidelines, including invoice review, reconciliation of accounts and financial statements, and capturing invoices in the ERP system. Maintain daily accounting records, prepare month-end journal entries, and ensure payment process compliance while detecting fraud through account statement reconciliation. Act as the subject matter expert for the AP process, providing technical support, resolving complex incidents, and serving as backup for the AP Supervisor. Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance trends, documenting procedures, and collaborating with IT and Finance on system implementations and automation projects.
