Accounts Payable Analyst

Entry vendor invoices into the system for approval, comparing them against purchase orders to verify quantity, unit price, and payment terms. Prepare and maintain weekly reports on open payables and payments, reconcile vendor statements monthly, and follow up on pending approvals to resolve issues. Collect documentation from new vendors for system setup, assist with purchase order entries, and review employee expenses and credit card charges as needed. Requires U.S. citizenship with Secret Clearance eligibility, at least two years of accounting experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Preferred qualifications include Vista by Viewpoint experience or a construction background. Reports to the VP of Finance and works closely with Project Accountants and Corporate Buyers.
