Job Summary
Timely and accurate processing of supplier invoices, payments, and expense claims; month-end activities; vendor/account reconciliations; ensuring tax compliance and policy adherence; collaboration with procurement, HR, and finance; knowledge of ERP systems and Excel for data analysis.
Required Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in Accounts Payable
- Previously worked in a shared services environment
- Bachelors degree in Commerce or Accounting or related
- Knowledge of financial accounting, process, and systems
- Good working knowledge of ERP’s
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (lookups, pivot tables, sumifs/countifs)
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Data analytics; ability to analyse large data set and present results
