Job Summary
Process invoices, manage purchase order matching, and handle tax processing for all Canadian operating companies. Maintain the Concur application by setting up automated audit rules, resolving system inquiries, and updating expense submission forms and rates. Generate KPI and management reports, conduct weekly EFT payments, and audit the Company Purchasing Card Program. Ensure compliance with T&E policies and financial regulations while supporting employee payment approvals and JDE master data accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- College or University Degree Accounting, Business Administration
- 3-5 years' experience with T&E expense processing and automated systems
- Experience at similar sized company
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Ability to plan and organize work independently ensuring a high level of attention to detail
- Initiative and results oriented and able to collaborate and build relationships across various teams and with internal and external customers
