Job Summary
Process vendor invoices accurately by matching them to purchase orders and receiving documentation, verifying pricing, quantities, and freight charges before obtaining required approvals. Enter invoices into the accounting system with accurate coding, reconcile vendor statements, and prepare scheduled check, ACH, and wire payment runs. Maintain detailed vendor records including W-9s and Certificates of Insurance, coordinate with internal departments to ensure compliance, and process employee expense reimbursements. Assist with month-end closing, financial reporting, year-end audits, and 1099 documentation while managing office supply inventory. Collaborate with Purchasing, Sales, and Operations teams to resolve payment issues and identify process improvements.
