Job Summary

Accounts Payable Admin Officer responsible for managing AP workflows, maintaining invoice accuracy, verifying supplier information, and supporting the AP Supervisor to ensure timely and compliant payment cycles. You will handle AP Overheads and COD inboxes, code invoices, prepare AP folders (capex, property, rebates, rejected invoices), verify supplier bank details via EFTSURE, assist with supplier setup including ABN/GST checks in Oracle, support end-to-end COD processes, raise journals/vouchers for adjustments, follow up on approvals and rejections, respond to supplier inquiries, and contribute to daily and month-end AP deadlines. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in Excel and Adobe are essential; experience in AP or office administration is preferred.
