Job Summary
Process, review, and record all accounts payable transactions accurately, verifying supplier invoices, confirming approvals, and ensuring correct expense classification. Perform AP reconciliations and support month-end and year-end closing activities, including assisting in preparing financial statements and reports in compliance with IFRS. Participate in budget tracking, expense analysis, and financial data review while maintaining documentation for VAT and Zakat compliance. Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit reviews and support process improvement initiatives within the finance function. Requires 4–5 years of AP experience, IFRS knowledge, and Odoo ERP proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- 4–5 years of professional experience in accounting
- hands-on exposure to accounts payable operations
- Strong understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
