Job Summary
Accounts Officer based in North Shore, Auckland with hybrid working. Responsible for processing AR/AP transactions, managing invoicing and receipts, assisting with overdue collections, bank and credit card reconciliations, supporting month-end/half-year/year-end close, preparing exception reports, administering APAC finance inbox, and collaborating across departments and globally. Requires 5+ years in finance, strong AP/AR skills, proficiency in Excel/Word, NetSuite a bonus, and excellent communication. Emphasis on accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional teamwork within a dynamic tech company.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a finance role within a mid-sized organisation
- Solid accounts payable and receivable skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- NetSuite experience is a definite bonus
- Excellent communication skills
- A collaborative spirit and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
- Attention to detail
- Ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
