Job Summary
Accounts Manager / Customer Service Tech Rep: serves as the first point of contact to answer basic support questions, initiates the review process to ensure customer satisfaction, maintains and reports on requirements and agreements with customers, assists in updating pricing and costs, and multitasks with accuracy while adapting to changing priorities. Requires exceptional customer service, problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED plus two years of practical experience in a clerical support or administrative role is required.
