Accounts Manager

Supervise and coordinate accounting operations by compiling, reviewing, and reconciling entries, financial statements, and bank statements to ensure accurate bookkeeping. Manage payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable while training staff, resolving problems, and conducting performance reviews. Analyze period-end data on food and beverage costs and inventories to recommend procedural changes and monitor internal controls across cashiering and room operations. Make suggestions for financial control improvements and report SOP violations. Requires a four-year college degree in accounting or equivalent experience in hospitality, with advanced knowledge of finance principles.
