Job Summary
Manage a portfolio of clients as the main point of contact, building strong relationships and leading client meetings. Oversee the preparation of financial statements, tax returns, and compliance work while providing strategic tax and advisory services including business advice. Review the work of junior and part-qualified staff, offering guidance and development opportunities to support their professional growth. Identify process improvements to drive efficiency and manage client projects to ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery. Support the Partner team with business development and client management activities.
Required Qualifications
- ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- strong track record in practice and experience managing client portfolios
- In-depth technical knowledge of accounting and taxation regulations
- ability to provide strategic advice
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- experience managing or mentoring junior staff
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
