Job Summary
Accounts inventory specialist to ensure accurate inventory-related accounting and control within Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau Almaty. Responsibilities include maintaining supplier records, processing and recording goods/services receipts in 1C, managing Electronic Invoices (ESF), monitoring inventory-related expenses and transactions, reviewing and recording primary accounting documentation, maintaining contract records and tax invoices, reconciling accounts payable/receivable with suppliers/contractors, participating in monthly inventory counts, preparing data for financial/tax/management reporting, and supporting month-end and year-end closing. Requires Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Economics, at least 3 years of accounting experience (hospitality experience advantageous), proficiency in 1C, ESF, and advanced Excel, with knowledge of Kazakhstan tax legislation; Opera PMS knowledge is a plus. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00, official employment under Kazakhstani Labor Code. Competitive salary and benefits, employee meals, and opportunities for growth within the Accor network.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of accounting experience
- Experience in inventory accounting preferred
- Experience in hospitality industry is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of Republic of Kazakhstan accounting and tax legislation
- Proficiency in 1C Accounting
- Experience with Electronic Invoices (ESF)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Knowledge of Opera PMS is an advantage
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team
